If an event is canceled by the Above Ground Suspension Team, either full repayment of the amount paid is offered – minus eventual association fee – or you will be offered that the payment can be used as payment for a future event.
If a participant is not showing up to the event, without canceling no later than 2 hours before the start of the event, the entire deposit will be withheld. If full payment has been made, this will be refunded minus the PayPal fee (3.4% + 2.6kr per payment) and the deposit (calculated in that order).
If a participant reports a cancellation no later than 2 hours before the start of the event, a refund of the amount paid, minus PayPal fee (3.4% + 2.6 DKK per payment), or you will be offered that the payment can be used as payment for a future event.
Membership fee for the association AGST is not refunded.
Rules during events
Good hygiene and safety are our top priorities. Therefore, we expect that you as a participant are clean and wearing clean clothes, are sober and not affected by drugs.
Show respect to other participants, the crew and the surroundings around you.
Be open and honest with us. Don’t lie about eventual health problems.
Be aware of what you touch or step on. We have many sharp and sharp objects. Never touch blood without gloves, not even your own. if you see blood, and you don’t know what to do, tell it to the crew.
Be relaxed and avoid stress. Talk to the other participants and the crew – share your experiences or questions with those present.
If the above rules are not abided, we reserve the right to refuse you from participating.
At AGST you must be at least 18 years old to be suspended.
